Roster Handbook
  • Members can print their own Roster Handbook by using the PDF files accessible from this page.
  • These files have the same information as the Club Directory on the previous page.
  • The files are set up to print the handbook in a duplex format (i.e. printing on both sides of the page).
  • Please read the instructions below to print the roster.
Instructions
These instructions assume you are printing to a home printer without full duplex capability.
  1. Use letter size (8.5" x 11") paper.
  2. You must use Adobe Reader to open the files.
  3. Open the Side 1 file (use the same password as the Directory) by clicking on object at right.
  4. Print Side 1 to your printer (set your Page Scaling to "None").
  5. Reverse the order of the pages and place back into the hopper face up.
  6. Open and print Side 2 to your printer.
  7. The pages of the handbook should line up so that page 2 is on the other side of page 1, page 4 is on the other side of page 3, etc.
  8. Open and print the Cover Page (no password is required for the Cover Page).
  9. Place the Cover Page on top of the pages previously printed and staple them down the middle.
  10. Fold the pages vertically forming a booklet.
  11. Cut off the bottom portion of the pages just below the page numbers.
